Apple has changed many things on iTunes 10 and also experimented a lot with the looks. One such change was the postion of minimize, maximize & close buttons on mac version. But one thing I dont understand is that why they’ve repositioned those buttons vertically 😡 Many of us didn’t like it and if you are one of those and looking for a fix then just follow the below steps:
- Make sure iTunes is closed, If opened then Quit iTunes.
- Launch Terminal.
- Type “defaults write com.apple.iTunes full-window -1” without quotes and hit enter.
- Now Launch iTunes, you will find the buttons aligned horizontally.
If you want to restore the buttons alignment back to vertical then, Type “defaults write com.apple.iTunes full-window 0” (it is Zero and not letter o) without quotes and hit enter.
